New version issues

Hi after update to version 3 the new version didnt show clips of people at night while previous version of sighthound was doing so perfectly and record it under unknown object while it obvious video showing people and havnt change the rule is there is any to fix that the previous version was working fine is there any way to fix that or return back to v2.5.1 untill may some issues fixed in the new release and there is no risk to lose my subscribtion if i downgrade and where to find previous version with regards

Are you referring to new video, or are you having trouble locating clips that were already recorded in the app?

You can always install any version of the software you'd like. Old versions can be downloaded at https://www.sighthound.com/account/#/sighthound-video by clicking the "Looking for a previous version?" link.

Yes i have difficulty in locating the video because according to the rule i made for recording which is simple i havnt make so special rule but depends on the capability of the program to identify people any where and record video for that rule and send email with mobile notification this what i used and it was excellent with very few false like moving cat identified as people but these very few not this the problem the problem by update to v3 the same ruele havnt change nothing the same people including me in same scene the sighthound v3 at nightvision didnt identify this record as people it classify these record as any object so this the problem if you see and i like to fix it in v3 because of the much great features hopping more nd more in the next relese with regard to you and all sighthound team
