TrendNet TV-VS1P Video Encoder

Hello,

I download the trial version to test the software and I'm trying to connect a camera using a Video Encoder TrendNet TV-VS1P but it couldn't connect. I did everything possible to try to solve my problem but I didn't have any luck, My question is, this could be that the trial version doesn't support a video encoder? Please help, thanks!
