I couldn't get Sighthound to connect to m D-Link DCS-2630L camera, despite Sighthound seeing it as an already running UPnP camera in the list of active cameras.
I was about to give when, then I went to the browser's video stream, viewed the source, and found the following snippet:
<url1>play1.sdp</url1>
<url2>play2.sdp</url2>
<url3>play3.sdp</url3>
So, in Sighthound, I chose
Camera type: Other IP Camera
Protocol: RTSP
Stream path: play1.sdp
and supplied my camera login credentials.
Violas... worked instantly.
