Summarize push notifications in mobile app

If we could summarize push notifications by not repeating the push when activity occurs shortly after, that would be nice. I find I am getting spammed with notifications when activity occurs, especially if someone is passing through the view of several cameras. It is borderline annoying. I use the iOS app by the way.
