Ever since the last couple updates for the iOS app, I've been unable to play the videos. I can see them, when I try to play them I get a circle with a line through it. Image included. I have an iPhone 6 with the latest iOS and app. Sighthound runs on Windows XP, latest version.
When I go back to using an older version of the iOS app, maybe 2 or 3 versions ago the video playback works.

The last version of the iPhone app that plays video consistently is 1.0.454

I would also like to add to this. Before, I was using an external thumb-drive (through usb3.0) to store the videos and would often notice the clips would not play on my iPhone6+ so I gave up on the app. But I just recently changed the stored location to my internal SSD (Plextor M5S) and now the Alert Clips play all the time. However, when playing it is not smooth playing, it stalls and then quickly catches up but better than before. So you might want to make sure your stored-media location is up to speed.
