After a reinstall of Windows and losing perfectly working Sighthound setup, I'm now stuck with two issues which makes me feel I've somehow got stuck somewhere between the free version and the basic version.
My one HD webcam does not show in hd or it's 16:9 ratio, but 4:3 in a lowish resolution.
I also cannot switch between the two cams. Before I would have two thumbnails down the right hand side, on monitor mode I'm now stuck with the last cam I added, however both cams seem to be working fine in search view, and they appear to be recording fine etc.
Any ideas?

It sounds like as a result of the install the program is no longer connected to your Sighthound web account where the license is stored.
Go to Help > Show License Information in the application. If the Basic license is listed highlight it and hit Activate. If you don't see your paid license right click on the dog logo top left and select Disconnect my account. Then log back into the program using the same credentials you used for the Sighthound account which holds your license.
If you still have problems e-mail [email protected] with your account name and we'll get it sorted for you.
