I was under the impression that your most basic software is free. Downloaded it from your website for a single camera and it stopped working - indicating that I am using the pro version, which is incorrect. If I could afford to pay for it, I would.
Please clarify if there is a free version, and how to properly download it.

Hi ineuw,
You're correct in that once the free 14-day Pro trail expires, the license should revert to the free Starter edition. No further downloads or steps on the user's part should be necessary. The Starter Edition can run only one camera.
I'm not sure what you mean by stopped working, but perhaps the first step is to remove the camera and go through the Add a Camera process. If that does not work, go to Help > Report a problem and send it to [email protected] and we'll see what the problem is.
