rule schedule based on sunrise/sunset

I think it would be nice to be bale to schedule rules based on sunrise and sunset (+ or - a time frame).

I have 2 rules for my cameras. One for daytime and one for nighttime. Daytime sends me an email picture and nighttime does not. Both record video to my computer. Would be nice to be able to schedule these rules based on sunrise and sunset. Especially when the time changes like this weekend.

If that is too hard to do, how about rules that add a beginning and ending date to them so we can have different rules for different times of the year?

Having datetime based rules for e.g. sending emails would be great +1.
