Basic Edition not allowing second camera
I'm just starting to try the Sightsound Basic (ver 2.5.1) on a MacBook running Windows. Sightsound sees the MacBook builtin camera but when I try to 'Add a Camera' it tells me I am already using the maximum number of cameras. Is this a known problem? Any idea how to correct this?

We are not aware of any issues with the Basic Edition license running two cameras. Please submit a bug report by going to Help > Report a Problem and we'll be happy to investigate this issue. Be sure to include a link to this forum post so we know it is you. We can also provide you with a temporary Pro Edition license to use until this is sorted out.
