Phone App: Alert Clips mostly don't play on my iPhone6+

I am still running on Trial version. Noticed that most of the time, the Alert Videos simply don't play on my iPhone+ even when connected to FAST wifi or on 4G LTE. And even if it does 'play', does not play smoothly at all... pretty much looks like just watching a still image through out play.

These same event triggered videos play fine when played through DropBox (on my iPhone6+) since I am saving to my DropBox folder.

I have a pretty fast internet @ home, 100Mbps down and 15Mbps up, so no problem there. Sigghthound PC app running on Win7, Intel i5, 8GB mem so no problem there either.

Anyone else have this issue?
