I have setup remote access based on your website help.
I can visit the website via the local IP address or loop back address on the server and log in just fine but if I visit the website via IP address on my computer just to see what is happening it will not connect and the error I get "Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data."

I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles with remote access. Is the computer you're attempting to connect from on the same network as the computer running Sighthound Video? Be sure to use the internal address when on the same network and external address when outside the network. I'd be happy to take a look at your logs for anything unusual if you could send us a bug report by going to Help > Report a Problem. Be sure to include a link to this post so we know it is you.
