Activation problem

Hi,

I've purchased a Sighthound license but I'm unable to activate it. The license information window doesn't show my serial number nor my name. A text "Loading.." appears in the Serial column but no information is gathered. My account info on the web does reveal a serial and the 2 Cam Sighthound product I have purchased.

Attached is an image of license information window.

How can I activate my license?

I've had an old free Vitamin C running for about 2 or 3 years and an old Sighthound trial on 2 different Macs as well.

Hello Carsten,

I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles activating your license. Please email us at [email protected] using the email address that is linked to the Sighthound Account that was used when purchasing the license. It would appear that you may be logged in to the incorrect Sighthound Account.

I'll be happy to give you a temporary license to use while we sort out the license issue once I have your Sighthound Account information.
