runtime error in windows

Hi,

During the last week or so my sighthound installation has started to crash.

The system is a windows 7 machine - NO changes/installs/updates have been made. This is a static machine which only runs sighthound.

Any ideas?

Ah just read the advice to revert back to version 2.4.1...

Not fixed yet in 2.5.1 then?

Sorry to hear you're encountering trouble. This is a bit of a catchall error from windows that could occur for a variety of reasons. If it just recently began occurring for you with the same version of the application it's cause could be external to Sighthound Video itself. Can you submit a bug report from "Help->Report a Problem..."?

I just checked our ticket system and I don't believe we ever saw a bug report come in. A "Runtime Error" is a bit of a catchall message from Windows, so we may or may not know about and have a fix for your particular issue.

If you can submit a bug report from "Help->Report a Problem..." we'll be glad to take a look and get back to you promptly.
