iOS App Error

Hi,

I am getting a connection error when trying to connect with the iOS app (-1001 Error connecting to the server: Server timed out). I just updated to iOS 9. Is this a problem with the compatibility of iOS 9? Using app version 1.1.

Version 1.1 will not work with iOS 9. The new Sighthound Video app version 1.1.2 went into the app store this week for iOS 9:

If you are still seeing problems after that update, then please reply with your device type and Sighthound Video desktop application version.

Hey Devin,

I am running the 1.1.2 version on iOS. My desktop version is 2.5.1 build 15102 on Windows 10. Still doesn't want to connect.

Hi jcorson,

Are you able to connect to the Sighthound Video web server using the web browser on your iOS device? This will tell us if the problem lies with the mobile app or elsewhere.

I realized once you asked me to check from my iOS browser that something may be wrong with my router. Sure enough when i logged into the router all my port forwards were gone. So I set them back up again and it worked like a charm! Thanks!
