Best driver for Acti I71 ?

I have a recent install of Sighthound and most is good but one of my cameras quits recording and then starts up again several hours later. There are no short gaps the gaps are all multi hour. Always starts again on it's own. Lots of stuff gets missed. The other 2 cameras are known and have a specific driver but this I71 is a bit twisted. We are using the ACTI other PCM but maybe there is a better option. Anybody else using this camera?

Does it stop at the same times every day and the gaps the same length at each time of day?

That camera as some built-in timing functions that might have gotten programmed in that is now turning the camera off periodically. Just guessing.

Thanks for the reply but no, there is no pattern I can tell. If I have the camera up at the time it quits it goes to a snowy white screen. Nothing is captured of course because there is no motion. Yesterday it quit at 3:41 pm in afternoon and came back overnight at 1:27 am. Before and after all was just fine. Just guessing that it might be a driver issue.
