One of my camera installations (down a hallway) would benefit from a 90 degree rotated camera installation to increase the camera's field of view. Would that negatively impact Sighthound's people detection algorithm?

Hi Tony,
This should not impact the object tracking algorithms, but would impact person vs. nonperson identification if that is important for your usage scenario. Moreso, it may be annoying looking at sideways playback. Many IP cameras include an option to rotate the video stream which would be ideal. It would be a nice option to have within Sighthound Video in the future to rotate 90/180/270, I'll add that to our feature requests.
