Hello pleased2help,

Is the OSX firewall enabled on your computer? If so, please try temporarily disabling it and restart Sighthound Video to see if the external address appears. If not you may need to manually forward a port in your router. If you could provide the model number of your netgear router I'd be happy to provide instructions on how to do so.

Regards,

-Devin

Thanks for coming back to me:-
The router is a netgear DGN4000.
I turned the OSXMac fire wall off,
I have port forward 192.168.0.2:8848 But it says it is "filtered" and not open when I do a port check from my Iphone.
