Unable to connect to Zmodo ZP-IBH13-W

Hi,
I'm afraid I can't get the above camera to work with your software. I've tried using the Zmodo preset and also going down the "other" option. The camera is listed and after inputting the username and password it says connecting but after a few seconds says Cannot connect.

Any suggestions?

Hi David,

I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles connecting this Zmodo camera. Are you using the default Username and Password or have you created a custom one? A couple of customers have reported that they were unable to connect while using the defaults.

I'd be happy to take a look at your logs for anything unusual if you could submit a bug report by going to Help > Report a Problem. In the meantime take a look at this article as it has several common causes for cameras to not connect: https://www.sighthound.com/support/coul ... -my-camera

I have this same camera and am not able to use it. It will display video to the program for about 3 - 4 seconds at a time, then go back to the reconnecting screen. I am able to use it with a competitor software, but would prefer to use your software. Here are some settings that I am using on the other piece of software, maybe they help?
Image Format - 1280 x 720
Frame Rate - 333333 [30 fps]
username - *******
password - *******
RTSP - 10554
Receive Buffer - 3 MB
Send RTSP Keep Alive
Use RTSP / Stream TimeCode

Video
Path - /tcp/av0_0
Camera - 0
This works like a champ!
I have also read that this camera will not work properly if the FPS is not set correctly or the resolution isn't matched.. this could be the problem I am running into on the demo, and not willing to spend the $60 for a product that "may" work.
Please let me know when you have a solution to this problem, I would like to use your product.
