Not able to connect trough DDNS adress

Why is it not possible to connect with android client through ddns adress?

When trying myddnsadress.net:port i get error. But when connecting with my ISPadress:port i manage to get in just fine.

This is not a problem I'm having with other applications.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. You should be able to connect using a DDNS address. What DDNS service are you using? Are you able to connect using this DDNS address in a web browser?

One other user had this issue with no-ip and we found that he had to have it configured as a DNS Host instead of a Web Redirect in order to connect. topic11505?hilit=ddns#p14186

Well yes i use NO-IP as DNS.

I only use DNS Host and not the Web Redirect.

But for some reason without changing anything. It works. today... Don ask why.
