Zmodo camera drops out after 10 secs

I have a Zmodo camera (ZP-IBI13-W) that I can connect to but the signal drops out after 10 seconds. The feed is ok because it continues displaying in Internet Explorer. I've tried using the 3 different Zmodo camera presets but no better. I've also tried 3 entirely different networks both wired and wireless thinking this may be the issue. I've also tried both PC and Mac and they both do the same thing. The camera setup test screen gives similar results. It shows a still image so it's managed to connect for a moment but drops out. Again checking the browser shows the camera is still streaming. I don't see any settings within the camera interface that would make a difference either.

I really like your software but wish it would work with my camera.

Thank you for the message, I'm sorry you're having trouble with your camera and the Sighthound Video software. We recently purchased a Zmodo camera and are attempting to debug this issue. I can't promise an exact timeframe but we do hope to have a fix for this soon.
