Hi kcwcc,
Sighthound Video does not currently have a way to check settings remotely. The fact that you are still receiving alerts tells us Sighthound is still running and has an internet connection. Some common reasons for files to not upload to an FTP server:
* The FTP site is down
* The FTP server is out of free space
* You are trying to upload more data than your network connection can support, which can cause your clips to become backlogged. Note that your upload bandwidth (sending files somewhere on the Internet) is not necessarily the same as your download bandwidth (getting files from the Internet).
* You have exceeded the capacity of your FTP account. To be sure, log in to your FTP site and check to see if you are at or near your maximum capacity
Hope that helps,
