A Newbie with no Serial Number

Hi there,

I downloaded & installed Sighthound video a few nights ago. I then purchased a 2 camera licence. The purchase went through Paypal OK.

But ... I cannot see any serial number in my Licence Information screen to activate. In my online account, I can see my serial number & that it is for 2 cameras. How do I apply it to my install?

I'm sorry to hear you've encountered this issue. It sounds like you may be signed in to Sighthound Video with a different Sighthound Account than the one used to purchase the license.
