I upgraded to Ver 2.4 and lost connection to iPhone. I read on the Forum your suggestion to reinstall Ver 2.3.2. This restored connection to our iPhones and all has been working fine since then. About last week, push notifications stopped working. Phone does not display any banners and produces no sound as it did previously for alerts. All other features of the iPhone still operate with SightHound as before. All other non-SightHound phone features, banners and sounds still work as before.
My wife and I both lost the push alerts about the same time. I have checked the settings on my phone and in the host computer. We did not deliberately change the phone or computer settings on either phone or the computer. Settings appear to be correct. I also temporarily tried a different email address in the remote access setup on the host computer without successfully restoring operation of the push alerts. I believe that I have iPhone app Ver 1.0.1. Unless this phone app was upgraded without my knowledge, it should be the same iPhone app I installed when I set up the system. I checked NIS firewall settings and these appear to be unchanged and OK. I have rebooted the host computer and rebooted the iPhones.
Suggestions? Thanks, Will B
