IFTTT - Leave area -> Turn on sighthound

Hi,

I was wondering if you could make an IFTTT recipe that would function as - IF you leave a certain geography (I.e. Your house, the office) THEN sighthound would activate upon leaving and turn off upon returning. It seems like this could be possible, has the Sighthound team explored yet?

Hi Nick,

Thanks for the feature request. Sighthound currently only acts as a trigger (or the IF) with IFTTT. Having Sighthound work as the response, or the "THEN..." part, is something we may consider implementing in the future.

An option to just make the mobile app and the desktop app ping one another. When they can't talk (the person left their house with their phone and their phone is no longer on the wifi) start recording.

But, yes, making Sighthound be a part of the THEN response for IFTTT would be lovely, too.
