Alternate Video Directory If Configured One Not Available

I have Sighthound configured to record video to an external USB hard drive, which works great.

Because it's an external drive, there is a distinct possibility that it might not be plugged in when Sighthound needs it.

It would be nice to specify an "alternate directory" in case the main directory is unavailable, so video will continue to be captured.

This would also be very useful when recording to a network drive, in case the machine isn't logged in to the network, or the network path is unavailable for some reason.
