Hi from munich,
I can only access my camera (Foscam 8905W) via its Internet-address, as it is installed in our holiday home. Is it possible to use Sighthound anyway?

Do note that that camera does not support SSL as far as I can tell. So, your login information for the camera will be sent in the clear.
