Sporadic recording?

Sporadic recording?
When I open the program sometimes it records movement and then other times it shows nothing? Seems to just stop recording until I reopen again. Any advise as to why this is happening?

Hi mickwe,
Sighthound should continue to record so long as you don't turn off the cameras and your computer is running. Is your computer set to enter sleep mode after a period of inactivity or are there any other users that may be logging you out? Do your cameras ever lose their connections or do you see warning icons (https://www.sighthound.com/support/perf ... nitor-view) in the monitor view?
