More iphone 6 problems

The iphone 6 app works beautifully when I'm on the LAN, using the internal address for remote access.
When I'm on the 3G network, I can access and log in directly (ie not using the app) to the external address for remote access.
However, when I'm on the 3G network using the Sighthound app and try to log in using the external address for remote access, the iphone sits and says "logging in" indefinitely. It can't seem to connect to the app.

Help please?

All working beautifully now. I hadn't enabled XNAT in my firewall.
