Video not found

Once or twice a day I get a video not found, the clip and preview is black or blank. It happens at different times a day and the computer has not restarted or gone to sleep. I'm running a 3mp Hikvision DS-2CD3332-I IP camera. The camera is set to record 12 frames per second and a maximum of 8192 Kbps with a variable bit rate. The recording resolution is 2048 x 1536. The loss of video is happening a various times, but not times where there is a lot of movement, maybe a car passing occasionally. The IP address of the computer and camera is static.
