There is no "automatic" way that I know of.
As a "one-time, labor of love" project, it could be done manually, but it would not be something I'd be willing to do often!
You would have to export clips from the program often enough that you don't lose data because it got deleted before you got to it. How often will depend on how many cameras, resolution, frame rate and how much disk space you can devote to it and whether you want specific times retained (in which case you might have to search for video "between" motion detected clips) or if you can accept random times (in which case you can just export motion clips and if they are "by rule" they will be kept longer than "non-by rule" clips).
Then, using a video editor crop each video to just one or a few frames and concatenate them to one video file.
Not "hard" to do, but tedious.
A way to cut down on file selection time would be to create a rule that only runs for a very short time every day, but the resolution of that setting is just 1 minute so you would still need to crop the clips to just a few frames each. You could have multiple rules to run for 1 minute each at different times, say an hour apart for the work day.
Of I you are of the tinkerer type and you want to get involved in some silly contraptions... build a device that will sweep an arm in front of the camera on a periodic basis and create a rule that has an object size restriction that is extra large such that random motion of workers/machinery at a distance do not trigger it, but the arm that sweeps over the whole view would. You'd still have to export the clips and crop them to a few frames. But it might be easier to export groups of clips that way.
