Grey screen after two days?
Hi I have been using SH for three months now. My computer is a i7-3770 w/ 12GB of RAM is connected to two AOTE IP cameras. My constant problem with SH is that it would work well for the first two days and on the third day, I get a complete grey screen and some blocky artifact if there is motion. If I click on the red circle to "Turn Off Cameras" and then the green circle to "Arm Cameras" again, then the screen would look normal again. It would be good for two days, before I have to repeat this process. As a result, I get into a habit of turning off and re-arming the cameras every night. However, I would not be able to do this if I am away. Is there a solution to this?

Hi leeak,
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. This is the first we've heard of this kind of behavior. Could you please submit a bug report by going to "Help > Report a Problem" so we can take a look at your logs? It would also be helpful if you could note in the bug report when the last time you received the grey video and had to reset.
