Feature Requests

I have created a program to interface HomeSeer with Sighthound. For the most part it is fully functional. However, there are a few features that would make the integration easier. Here is my feature request wish list:

• The ability to enable/disable rules using the web interface.
• The ability to send a rule identifier and snapshot identifier using the "Run the command" action. As an example, when a rule triggers I run "curl --request GET http://192.168.2.10/UltraSighthoundVide ... ey2=value2" I would like to be able to have the Sighthound automatically replace variables so my program knows what rule triggered and how to obtain the rule snapshot. Examples:
  
  $ruleid would be replaced with a URL encoded string: "Any object in Basement" or "People entering though a door in Basement"
  
  $snapshotid would be replaced with a URL encoded string for the snapshot Id (e.g. Basement1410557547251.jpg)
  
  $lookfor would be replaced with a URL encoded string (Any object|People|Unknown objects)
  
• I would also like the ability to run a command whenever Sighthound loses connection to a camera. Example: "curl --request GET http://192.168.2.10/UltraSighthoundVide ... cameraname" where $state would be (connected|disconnected) and $cameraname would be a URL encoded string for the Sighthound Camera Name.
