new mega-pixel camera

I just install my new mega-pixel with sighthound. in web and ispay I have no problems. In sighthounf the camera disconnect and reconnect every 1 minute. I have tried everything I can. Any ideas?

@talonmike. Looks like the camera can't see the video feed. Could you send a bug report from within the application (Help > Report a Problem) and also let us know the make and model of camera so we can see if it is set up properly.
