Cameras no longer connect after update 2.3.
I've been using your software (Vitamin D pro to Sighthound pro) for about 7 years nonstop 24/7 without problems. But today I installed the update v2.3 and now my 4 cameras will not connect. I tried removing and adding cameras but no luck. I tried re-installing the software but no luck. The camera are analog cameras that are connected to a 4 port Conexant's BtPCI WDM Video Capture PCI capture card. Everything was working great until the update to v2.3. Does the update not support Conexant's BtPCI WDM Video Capture 4 ports capture cards? The software is running on a Windows 7 computer. Please help ASAP.

Wow, no one from SH has replied to this? Makes me scared to upgrade.

@Max&Leo. OP is a paid user and so has been receiving technical support directly. There is an issue with analog cameras reaching Sighthound through encoders in versions 2.3 and above which is being worked on.
