I will not be buying your software and here's why

So I recently bought 3 IP cameras for my house, and have been experimenting with how to set them up.

I have been using ispy but have been experiencing performance issues. I thought I'd give Sighthound a try to see if is any more efficient.

However there are a number of problems, firstly in the "starter" version I can only add one camera and secondly I can only have it record at 320x240.

This means I can not get any gauge on how well your software will perform. The icing on the cake is that I can't even email you directly until I am a paying customer. Well thanks to your irritating sales techniques - forcing me to register before trying out your software and then limiting it stupidly you have lost a potential customer before he could even get his foot in the door.

Maybe offering a fully featured trial would be the way forward? That way I could actually see if it works for me.

My download came with a 14 day pro version trial so it had full resolution and multiple cameras enabled for 14 days.

All Sighthound downloads have had a free, fully featured Pro trial since late June. An e-mail address has always been required - it is now validated to stop bots.

Wow, OP... if you click "About Us" at the bottom, you'd see the e-mail addresses. Your post, not really helpful.
