Remote Access error connecting to server - iPhone

Just trialing Sighthound at moment. I've configured remote access and am able to access externally on port 8080 using browsers. Tested from remote site and works so firewall OK. However, iPhone app says 'Error connecting to the server.' On the iPhone I can browse to the address using browser, so it appears to be an app problem. Any ideas?

Hi russc,

There currently is a bug in this version of the iOS app that requires you to leave the "http://" off of the IP address when signing in. If your IP address is listed as "http://75.75.75.75:8080" you will need to enter it as "75.75.75.75:8080"

Be sure to test this while not connected to the same network as the computer running Sighthound Video as many routers will not let you connect to an external facing address from within the same network.
