We have so many threads about cameras that DON'T play well with SH that I would like to start a thread for people to post about the cameras that are EASY to use with this software. So, if you are using SH with and it's a dream come true, please share your camera model here so others can consider purchasing!

I use Wirepath cameras, and they seem to work fairly well.

I've had good luck with all of my Axis cams including M3007P, M3006V, P3367-VE, and M1054. The M1054 needed a special video stream addition to remove smearing that was occuring at times to force it to TCP. Works great now.

No luck with any of the Zmodo cams (3 different models including the ones listed to work). These need to be removed from the list of supported cams.

Every Hikvision 3MP Cam I've purchased this year has worked well with SH. These are the best value cameras on the market right now in my opinion. For around $100.00 they perform as well as cameras in the $300-500 range. I am using the Bullet 3MP with IR Night Vision, Cube 3MP with IR Night Vision, and EXIR 3MP with IR Night Vision. All are up and working great with SH. Check Amazon and Ebay for best pricing and make sure you get the name brand product and not the Chinese knock off white label product that is going around.
