thanks Ryan
now that I have transferred to my new machine I notice the resolution is very low. Please explain how I can improve since I have already paid for a basic license.
Regard
Sammi

On which machine do you see a low resolution?

If it is the new machine, you likely just need to edit your camera and select 'match source' as the resolution to record in the same resolution the camera is sending rather than scaling to something else. If you had configured it while using the starter edition, the resolution will be 320x240.

If you are referring to the old machine that the license was moved from, that machine is now using the starter edition and can only use a single camera at 320x240.
