Remote Access Dont Start

Hello brother,

First, thanks for this amazing program, the best of genre and i go buy. I tested the program in other pcs (XP and 7) and never had problem. I am used a machine exclusive for this with Win XP but remote access not working, Server Status in Options showing "Starting..." and nothing happens, this is log:

Some solution for this problem?

It appears that the web server component is having trouble with some of the characters (likely the ç) in your path. The following is a possible workaround for this:

1) Create a folder somewhere on your C drive, such as C:\temp\sighthoundweb
2) Create an environment variable on your system for SIGHTHOUND_WEBDIR with a value of the folder you created above.
3) Turn off your cameras, close Sighthound Video and check task manager to ensure that no "Sighthound _____" processes are running
4) Re-open Sighthound Video

The created folder will be used to store temporary files by the web server, and your web processes should be able to run as expected.
