VStarcam HD IP Camera not connecting

Hi there I am new here I just bought my VStarcam HD camera model T7835WIP with a video compression Format H.264. I have set up manually everything but is still would not connect or even show the video in setup screen. If I click the open link from the Sighthound connecting and login I can view it to normal IE explorer. Is there anything you can help me before buying a pro version as I want to know if it going to work first...thanks

Hi Carlosbeginnerscam,

I did a little research and I believe you can use the "Foscam (other MJPEG - type A)" setting or possibly the "Foscam (other - H264)". If those do not work, try experimenting with the other Foscam presets.
