Animated gif in email

• send animated gifs of the movies in email instead of jpg.
• allow this as an option.

I second this feature request, or another variation would be to have multiple frames of the video embedded in the email.

What would be even better would be an 'auto zoom' option for the emails, whereby the frame grabs would be cropped in tighter to the motion detected area. As cameras are getting higher in resolution, and the email alerts are often likely to be views on a mobile device, then that extra step would make it quicker and easier to identify what had triggered the recording.

Yes please! Sometimes the snapshot is blurry or when the subject is partially obscured and this would be very helpful.

I do like the idea of a series of images, a gif, or tiny clip. Certainly something that would be a possibility in future releases.
