Stem Innovation IZON?

by donaldktsang » Mon Mar 24, 2014 1:25 am

Some time back, I bought an IZON (kind of a predecessor to the DropCam). I was wondering if Stem has released (or will release) enough information for Sighthound to be able to capture video from it, without the IZON needing to upload data to the "mother ship"?

Hi Donald,

Unfortunately it looks like this information is still unavailable to the public. You may want to try contacting Stem directly.

For version 2.0 of the firmware, here's some interesting information:

(Mine is powered off right now, thankyouverymuch)

I'm guessing Stem Innovation won't be giving out rtsp username/passwords any time soon, either (and they probably aren't user/user in v3.0)

Wow, there is a lot of really frightening information in that presentation. Thanks for sharing.
