Hello,
I bought the license of the program yesterday, for $ 199.00. But I have not received any email from vitaminD. I would have my license file. I checked spam folder and found no email.
I want to solve this problem as soon as possible because my recordings depend on it.
The email that I used at the time of purchase was [email protected]

I edited your email address from your post to protect your privacy. I've been having trouble contacting you. Your license was sent to your yahoo email address at time of purchase but was returned, as was following correspondence, with the following error:
554 delivery error: dd This user doesn't have a yahoo.com.br account ([email protected]) [0] - mta1539.mail.bf1.yahoo.com
I tried forwarding the message to the hotmail account you listed in a support ticket, but that too was rejected:
550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
I tried once more this afternoon with your yahoo account. It appeared to go through and I haven't heard back so hopefully you received the license? Let me know if not.
