Hi,
I use the basic edition and I setup that the video files to be saved on my FTP server(free account from zymic).
The test made it was OK : Vitamin D Video uploaded this test file to your FTP server at Fri Apr 26 21:40:50 2013.
Even the motion trigger is activated (I receive correctly the email) and the file is saved in my computer nothing is loaded on FTP server.
Someone know what I need to do or why the files is not saved properly in ftp server ?

I'm not sure if you submitted a bug report or not, but we received one very recently where the ftp server was configured to not allow upload files with video extensions. This might be the case for you as well even if that was not your bug report, the test file would work (it is just a text file) but the video uploads themselves would be blocked.
