Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error

I keep getting the following error "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error has caused vitamin d to terminate " lately for no reason and am losing my saved video, any ideas please?

I have updated to the last beta and all seems good so far no errors but will keep an eye on it.
