Foscam FI8602W

I just recieved a sale flyer from Foscam for their H.264 FI8602W outdoor camera. It looked like a very desireable price for a medium end cam, but will it work with my VDV setup?

Anyone have any experience with Foscam H.264 cameras?

Specifically I use Foscam NetCams with IR in conjunction with VDV as occupancy detectors to turn my lights on with a 10 minute delay to turn them back off.
