I have one of theese https://www.trendnet.com/products/ip-cameras/TV-IP310PI, and are planning for more of the same.
It looks like a generic model many manufactures use.
It is very small so it is not as ugly as the big ones, but has quite a good image and POE.

It is true that ip-cameras normally use http, but I can tunnel all my ip-cameras through https (I use stunnel).
Sighthound I cannot get to work, when tunneling it through https though.

So native support for https would be highly appreciated
