I got it !! Sorry for blaming VTD, Nod32 was indeed the sw that caused it. A google on the name on the tempfiles was pointing me in the right direction. http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=113974 Whats needs to be done is to tell Nod32 IMON part to exclude VTD Agent and VTD Video and hey...

This is really intresting...
I am running VDV, Nod32 (antivirus), Cumulus (weather station SW), Cumulus Toolbox (and addon to Cumulus), VNCUltra (remote controll), VMWare with network drivers, Handbrake, DVDfab6 and thats about it.

I will try to turnoff various bits of SW and see what happends.
