Hello need some help. The camera was working but now Sighthound is telling me that it cannot connect to the camera. I can see the camera from the browser.

Thansk for your replies.. However as i mentioned i do not want to do any port forwarding on their router or touch their pc. My vision is that i can just send them a camera that they plug into their router ( which have some sort of a reverse VPN ) and it routes back to my server.
