Old PC is dead, how do I download PRO and activate?

My current SH PC got hit by lighting and is dead. What is the process to download another already paid for copy of SH-Pro and activate it on another PC?

Can I use my HP Laptop camera as a SH camera

Is there a way to use my HP laptop camera as input to Sighthound? Sighthound is running on this laptop.

Ryan,
Any update on the Foscam problem? As I mentioned early last month, I have 5 cameras and your software but can't use them.......

Re: Camera picture Glitches

Ryan,

Yes, you are correct. Changing the router port setting should not matter as I am using
SH within my network.

I am adding the camera as you are showing. I select Foscam as the manufacturer first, then the camera setup with the stream path forcing TCP.

Re: Camera picture Glitches

Ryan,
I've tried the svforcetcp option to no avail. I even went back to the
router and changed the portforwarding option from TCP/UDP to just TCP.
It's happening on all the 9821's. I thought it might be traffic related
so I tried it with just one camera but got the results.
